An exhibition presenting the history of Lech Poznań, spanning 100 years

To celebrate the 100th anniversary of Lech Poznań, the authorities of this football club decided to prepare quite a surprise for the fans. At the “-1” level of the Enea Stadium in Poznań, a space was separated, and we used it to create a club museum. The space was divided into sections related to a given aspect of the club’s operations.

At the entrance, the guests are welcomed by a large-format screen, which, combined with the surround speakers, creates an incredible multimedia experience. Later on, the fans can discover the history of the club by following an interactive timeline. By scrolling the screen, placed on a special slider, the users can read information related to each year in the history of the club, which spans 100 years.

Another stand presents all the places where Lech Poznań has played its matches in the Polish Cup. In front of the map, there is a raised platform with a built-in screen displaying the film entitled “The Road to the Cup”.

The “Polish Championship” stand features texts as well as audio and video recordings from the matches that were the last step towards winning the championship. We also installed LED screens presenting the names of football players who played in the winning teams.

A specially built grandstand operates as a club cinema. It is there where the guests visiting the exhibition can watch coverage of nearly all matches played by Lech Poznań in European competitions. A specially prepared raised platform enables them to see content that can be subsequently displayed on a large-format screen.

A stand used to measure the volume of chants is quite a fun thing for the fans to do. When entering the soundproof cabin, the guests can sing a fragment of the club’s anthem, and the application we developed registers the maximum sound level achieved by a given user.

At a special ticket office, which is a replica of the historical ticket office from the very first Lech Poznań stadium, the guests can print and collect a ticket – an amazing souvenir after visiting the club’s museum. An additional attraction provided by the exhibition is the video mapping onto the mannequin. The video mapping presents several dozen match colours used by Lech Poznań.

The entire exhibition (software, AV equipment and lights) is managed using our own Stavio exhibition management system.
