Interactive Information Point

Customer: Centre for the Meeting of Cultures in Lublin

Implementation date: December 2024

The project for the Centre for the Meeting of Cultures was designed to help visitors navigate the facility and ensure constant access to key information. We developed an interactive application called Information Point, operating on touch screens and based on a modern 3D map. The interface allows users to zoom in, zoom out, and rotate the view using intuitive touch gestures.

We enhanced the application with a wayfinding feature, enabling visitors to determine the shortest route to a selected room and then access detailed information about it — from descriptions and photos to 360° panoramic views.

The application is further enriched with a news module synchronised with the CSK website, two language versions (PL/EN), and accessibility features for visitors with disabilities. The system is supported by a content management panel that enables quick updates and easy adaptation of materials to current events.

Today, the project serves as a modern navigation and information hub, combining functionality, clarity, and an engaging visual design.
