Interactive exhibition ‘Oława – a city on the move’.

he creation of the permanent exhibition ‘Oława – a city on the move’ is a large, comprehensive project that we carried out for the Historical Education Centre in Oława. Our team went through all stages of the work – from cooperation with experts in creating engaging and interesting content, through visual design of the application, to the preparation of the exhibition management system.
The aim was to create a modern museum space that would present the rich history of the city and Lower Silesia – from the early Piast dynasty to the 19th century – to residents and tourists in an attractive and engaging way.
The exhibition covers over 460 m², where visitors can discover the history of Oława through multimedia shows, 3D models, touch applications, holograms and unique archaeological and historical exhibits.
The exhibition has two modes of operation:
• independent viewing mode, in which users explore the exhibition at their own pace,
• show mode, during which films are shown, guiding visitors through all the rooms and supplementing the information presented in the exhibition.
The whole experience is enriched by a children’s area equipped with interactive games, multimedia mirrors and educational models, making the historical narrative attractive to even the youngest visitors.
Thanks to the use of advanced technologies and close cooperation with experts, we have managed to create a place that combines education with visual experience, providing full support – from concept, through implementation, to exhibition management.
