Customer: University of Development

Implementation date: August 2025

The project for the University of Development combined historical education with a modern form of entertainment. Our goal was to create an engaging space that allows participants to explore the past in an accessible and compelling way – both through multimedia storytelling and active participation in popular game show formats.

The first pillar of the project was an educational application composed of seven thematic modules. Five of them take users on a journey through the decades – from the 1970s to the beginning of the 21st century – presenting everyday life, music, technology, propaganda, and the evolving social culture of each era. The remaining two modules focus on key historical and regional themes: the realities of life in the People’s Republic of Poland and the heritage and identity of Silesia. The concept was designed to move beyond the traditional museum format, encouraging free exploration of content in line with the expectations of modern audiences.

The second part of the project was the ‘Cult Game Shows’ zone. We developed five games inspired by iconic television formats: Name That Tune, Familiada, Millionaires, One in Ten, and Wheel of Fortune. The experiences were crafted not only to recreate the gameplay mechanics, but also to capture the unique atmosphere of each show. The experience is further enhanced by a question management system that enables the creation of custom thematic question sets, allowing the games to serve both as an educational tool and an interactive activity that fosters fun and participant engagement.
